Curry Leaf brings the warmth of an Indian home kitchen to the Illawarra. Traditional recipes, fresh ingredients, and an easy-going welcome.
Indian food at its best is patient food. Marinades that sit overnight, dals that simmer for hours, breads that puff in the heat of a clay tandoor. At Curry Leaf we keep to those traditions because they’re what makes the food taste the way it should.
Everything is cooked when you order. We grind our spice blends in-house, we make the paneer fresh, and we keep the menu honest — if a dish is mild, we’ll tell you; if it’s hot, you’ll know.
Whether you’re ducking in for a quick weekday curry or settling in for a long dinner with friends, we want you to leave full, looked-after, and already planning when you’ll be back.
